CRM: A REGISTERED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION

CRM is a Registered Charitable Organization with the Department of the Treasury of the Internal Revenue Service. Our Effective Date of Exemption was September 29, 2005 “under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Any contributions received are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code. CRM is a “Public Charity Status: 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi).” Our “Advance Ruling Ending Date” is December 31, 2009. At that time, we are required to file Form 8734 to renew our registration. This filing is not to reassess status, but a matter of formality. We're also in compliance with filing Form 990 each January.
